Services: I offer free a prenatal visit and email and phone support. My services include hospital visit(s), family postpartum support immediatly following birth through their postpartum period in their home. I also offer lactation support,and prenatal and postpartum massage.

Qualifications: trained in guided meditation, yoga teacher, DONA certified
