Services: I offer two to three prenatal visits giving informational support to help you make educated decisions about your baby's birth, going over techniques which aid in the birthing process, and advice on writing a birth plan. For one of these visits, I can accompany you to one of your doctor's appointments. I am on call 24-hours during you 38-42 weeks of pregnancy. I will provide continuous support throughout labor and for two hours after birth to aid in first breastfeeding encounter and also to encourage mother-baby bonding. I provide a postpartum visit to get feedback from you on my service and make sure the experience all you wanted it to be, give you a personalized baby's story, and see how the new family is doing once you are home. I am available for unlimited phone support at any time before and after birth.

Qualifications: I am a trained doula and I am attending births to complete my certification through DONA (Doulas of North America)

Personal notes: My husband and I are the parents of two precious children. I am active in my church and I am also a volunteer doula for Operation Doula Care which provides doulas to military wives whose husbands are involved in Operation Enduring Freedom. My hobbies include singing, reading, and cross-stitching. I hope to one day become a Childbirth Educator.
