I believe every woman has the right to have respectful care while she births, an advocate for her labor-related decisions, and a guardian for a peaceful birthing space. I will serve any woman upon request, though I do accept donations.

Services: Birth plan, belly casting, blessingways, art therapy, lending library, prenatal support for bedrest moms, labor support, partner/sibling support, home/hospital/birthcenter births, massage, aromatherapy, light housekeeping, shopping, breastfeeding support. Special interest: past birth/pregnancy losses, twins, older first-time moms.
Qualifications: I've attended 30+ births, in addition to providing prenatal and postpartum support for many more women. Four living children, two no longer with us. Self-educated with a large library.
Personal notes: I'm in my early 40s, have had four homebirths, and have worked with midwives as a consumer advocate and event coordinator, in addition to a birth assistant.
