I provide doula care to moms and families while laboring and giving birth. I live in the Interior of Alaska, Fairbanks servicing surrounding cities of Delta Jct., Tok, Nenana and Healy. I have been attending births since 2004.

Services: I will be on call during your pregnancy and for the first two weeks following your baby’s birth. I have a dependable backup doula if needed. I will offer continuous support during labor and delivery. In addition I will provide two postpartum visits along with breastfeeding support if needed.

Qualifications: Currently working on certification with DONA

Personal notes: I have two children: Daughter-Marki, 20 years old and Son-Caden 3 years old. Both were born in a hospital and I had dad’s support for both deliveries. However, I did choose to have a doula with me for the birth of my son. What a wonderful experience. I feel blessed to have had someone continuously by my side offering any kind of support I needed. I want to be able to give this kind of support to women and their families who will be laboring and birthing together.
