Services: My goal is to give you the information and knowledge you need to have the birth you desire. I offer a one hour free consultation visit allowing me to become aquainted with you and your partner followed by two prenatal visits to learn what you expect during labor and birth and to give you information on positions, massage, birth plan develpmement and relaxation techinques. My lending library, videos and community resources lists are also available for you. I consider my on-call time to be 24/7 for 2 weeks prior to and after your due date. I will give you uninterrupted support throughout labor and birth and remain for one hour afterward to aid with breastfeeding and to take photos. I will make two post partum visits to help with new parenting.

Qualifications: I am a childbirth educator and doula with the Bradley Method of Natural childbirth and trained with DONA (doulas of North America). I have been attending home and hospital births since 1994.

Personal notes: I have 6 grown children and 9 grandchildren all born without medication; some at home and some in the hospital. I love to see healthy children go home to new parents prepared and empowered by natural birth.
