Services: I offer both prenatal and postpartum support. I help the expectant parents find a birthing plan that fits their desires and needs. I stay with the mother before, during and after the birth. I offer a birth story for each child and his/her parents, accompanied by pictures of the birth. I make one postpartum visit and assist with breast feeding techniques.
Qualifications: Working on DONA certification.
Personal notes: I am the mother of seven children. I have had nearly every type of birth possible. My experience lies in my own birthing. I have had natural, epidural, twins, cesarean section, and induced labors. I understand the depth of commitment a laboring mother needs.
