Services: The Labor and Delivery Package includes: an initial interview one or more prenatal visits ongoing telephone support birth planning and preparation access to a book lending library alternative prenatal treatment referrals/advice labor support in your home, hospital, and/or birthing center lactation support immediately postpartum atleast one postpartum visit a written record of the birth experience Additional postpartum services if needed. Optional Services include belly casting, mothers bracelets, shadow boxes, etc.

Qualifications: LD Years of holistic health experience. Breastfeeding Experience, both personally and helping others.

Personal notes: I am a wife to an amazing man and a mom to two active boys (5 and 3). I believe that birth is a transforming process that no woman should be afraid of. I believe that no husband should be expected to be the only labor coach and learn & know a woman's body and needs for labor in 9 months time. He, too, is transforming into a father. A doula can provide the support for both partners to each the transition and allow for a more rewarding experience.
