- 2-4 prenatal visits
- I can go to your OB/GYN or
midwife appointments with you
if you wish.
- Referal to a Hypnobabies instructor
if interested.
- Help in creating a birth plan.
- On call 24/7 for 2 weeks before your
due date up till you go into labor.
- Continuous support durring labor and
delivery.
- I will remain with you up to 2 hours
after the birth. Helping with breast
feeding if needed.
- I will visit you the next day to go
over your birth and to answer any
questions you may have and to help
with breast-feeding if needed.
- I will be on call 24/7 for 1 week
after birth to answer any questions
you may have and if you want I will
come for 1 postnatal visit.
I work with a back up doula that is also going to be DONA certified so in the event that for some unforseeable reason I am not able to be with you, you will still have the support you deserve in labor and delivery. We can arrange a visit to meet with her at one of your prenatal visits or you may personally call her to ask any questions you may have.
All my services are negotable. Feel free to let me know if you would like to substitute something that would work better for you. I'm very flexable and willing to work with you so you can get the best possible experience from your birth. Since I am not yet certified threw DONA I am offering my services at a discount. I am also willing to barter.
Qualifications: I am CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)and CPR (Adult + child) certified. I am currently in training threw DONA to become a birth doula.

I believe that every pregnant woman should have someone that they can trust and count on for support in any way they may need. I am 26 and a mother to 2 (for now! I want more someday). I have an 8 year old son and a 4 year old daughter. Both my births were very different. My first one was an induction at 42 weeks and with my second my labor started on it's own on my due date. I breast-fed both of my babies. I am a very open-minded person with a big heart. I have known that I wanted to work in labor and delivery but just wasn't able to find my calling. I've worked as a CNA for the past 3 years and wile I like my job and what I do, being able to help a woman threw this wonderful time in her life is my passion. Feel free to ask me questions and don't be embarassed. The only bad quesion is the question not asked.
