I provide Doula care during late pregnancy, labour and delivery to women in the Lloydminster and Vermilion areas. I believe that every woman should have access to doula support and have payment options available.

Services: I provide personal childbirth preparation during two to three prenatal visits. I will help you make a birth plan if desired, and I can explain common medical procedures that may be done in your local hospital. I can help make preparations for post-partum and teach newborn care to first-time moms, and teen moms.
I will be on call 24 hours for the two weeks on either side of your due date, and I work with a back up doula if needed.
I will provide you and your birth partner with continuous physical, emotional, and informational support through out labour and delivery and for the first few post-partum hours. I will do a post-partum visit, and can offer post-partum services if requested.

Qualifications: I am certifying with CAPPA

Personal notes: I am married and the mother of two teen-age children that were born in the Lloydminster hospital, with positive birth experiences. My goal is to empower woman to make the birth choices that are right for them, and to help them to be comfortable with their decisions.
