Services: I offer Birth Doula services as well as all inclusive Childbirth Education classes. I use my knowledge of aromatherapy, massage, and comfort measures extensively at births I attend. I also offer help with creating a birth plan. After the birth I write a written birth story as well as the statistics and a timeline of the birth. I also take pictures upon request.

Qualifications: I am a member of both DONA and Birthworks, and am finishing up my certification of both. I am also the VP of CELA (Childbirth Educators and Labor Support of So. NV.)I know the hospitals, many OB's, and Midwives well, and am very familiar with the birthing climate of Las Vegas.

Personal notes: I love what I do. It is amazing to me that I have the joy of watching babies be born on a regular basis and also teaching expectant parents about their choices regarding birth. I am the wife to my great husband and the mama to my beautiful boys ages six and three. We are also a homeschooling family and love it! I enjoy researching and reading anything I can on childbirth and love to stay up to date on current information.

I also enjoy studying about herbs, nutrition, children's health, education,and working on my scrapbooks. I also love to write and contribute to the birthing community here in Las Vegas. My goal is to help families create a positive birth experience.
