Services: My services include: -3 prenatal visits, where we will get to know each other, discuss your birth plan, and practice coping strategies. -continuous labor support as soon as you want me. I will typically stay with you until about two hours after the birth, helping you get settled. -2 post-partum visitings, helping you around the house, supporting breastfeeding, etc. -Written birth story. I am able to attend births in Salem, Corvallis, McMinnville, and Albany.

Qualifications: Pursuing DONA certification. Training completed in April 2007.

Personal notes: I am a 31 year-old mother of two small sons, and the wife of an accountant. In a previous life I was a social worker and a high school counselor. I live in Dallas, Oregon (about 10 miles West of Salem). Through my own experiences of birth, one an interventive, two-day induction and the other a drug-free, natural experience, I developed a passion to work with women, helping them achieve the birth of their dreams.
