Services: When you first contact me I will do a phone consultation, then we will have a minimum of two Prenatal visits. I will be available by phone for three weeks before and after your due date. When you go into labor I can come whenever you need me. Typically, I meet you at your home and we will leave whenever you feel the need to leave for the hospital. I will stay with you throughout your labor and delivery and typically for two hours after the birth. We will have a minimum of one Postpartum visit.

Lending Book and Video Library

Qualifications: I received my Doula training through DONA (Doula of North America) in March of 1999 and have been studying everything I can about Pregnancy, Labor and Parenting since 1989. I have been educating and attending woman and their families since 1999. I take many classes and skills labs throughout the year to continuously be able to offer the best Education, Support and Comfort that I can. I am certified with DONA (Doulas of North America) & ALACE (Association of Labor Support & Childbirth Educators) I also teach Childbirth Education "Informed Birth & Parenting Classes."

Personal notes: I am Sonya Pailes a wife, homeschooling mother to four children,(two boys and two girls), an online store owner and Doula!
