Services: I provide birth and antepartum services to birthing families. I provide two prenatal meetings that provide information on birth plans, procedures and medications, relaxation, position changes, massage, aromatherapy and a lot of emotional support for you and your birth partner. There are unlimited telephone calls. During labor, I am happy to come to your home or hospital/birth center. Once you are in labor, I will be with you continuously to support you completely.

I usually stay for two hours after the birth and make sure you are nursing. I also provide a postpartum visit to talk with you about your birth and provide your baby with his/her birth story. Postpartum services can be arranged, if needed.

If this is a high risk pregnancy, I am happy to visit more often and other services may be arranged.

Qualifications: I have completed my certification through DONA and CAPPA. I am in the process of receiving my certification to become a Childbirth Educator through ICEA. I also have had four beautiful children.

Personal notes: I am the mother of four beautiful children. All my pregnancies were quite different. My first was a cesarean and my other three were vaginal births. My last two pregnancies were high risk which included bedrest and medication. With my experience just as a Mom and a Doula, I understand and empathize with a mother's needs before, during and after childbirth.
