Services: Birth Consulting- Information presentation on all aspects of pregnancy, labor, and post-partum. Help in making sense of all the choices the expecting couple are to make during the pregnancy and delivery.Â
Doula/Labor Support-Continuous support during labor and birth for the mother and family. Also includes inital intake meeting, birth plan preparation, OB/Midwife visit, breast-feeding support within first hour after birth, home visit after birth to help process the birth experience.
Stress Management- Focus on the breath and release of stress and anxiety in the body. Learn the art of "letting go"! Great for easy to remember breath control during labor.

Personal notes: My Name is London King and I have two children whose births inspired me to pursue my calling as a doula. I attend births in the NYC metro area. I am experiencedin home births, hospital births, c-sections, VBAC, and high-risk pregnancies. I continually research and attend meetings and workshops to keep on top of the latest pregnancy/birth information.
