 Pre-natal vists, labor & birth support in home and hospitals which includes massage, heat and cold relief, birth ball positioning, counter pressure, aromatherapy, breathing techniques, etc, postpartum visits, 24/7 phone support, assistance in preparing birth plan.

At this time I do not offer postpartum services, however Im able to refer a wonderful postpartum doula if needed.
