Qualifications: ALACE (Association of Labor Assistants and Childbirth Educators)trained doula. Senior Midwifery Apprentice, to begin private practice in 2003.
Personal notes: I have been working with women and their families for three years and have attended about 70 births. I believe that a drug free birth is the safest option for mom and baby. I also believe that there is a time when drugs and interventions are truly necessary and support women in any choices they make regarding their births.
