Services: I enjoy establishing a comfortable relationship with my clients prior to your birth. Our meetings usually include:

1. Initial interview, so that you can make an informed decision about your doula choice.
2. Comfort Measures meeting. We will spend time together exploring pain management and comfort measures for childbirth.
3. Complimentary massage. This is crucial! This helps you become familiar and comfortable with my touch, while allowing me to understand your areas of pain and tension.

I believe that every woman deserves the birth experience that she desires. Through education and support, I strive to assist you in your journey.

My professional training was of great value to me, however, I have learned far more from the mothers I assist during childbirth.

Qualifications: Birth Doula Pre- and Perinatal Massage Practitioner

Personal notes: I have also learned a great deal from my own birth experiences. I have had both a hospital birth (attended by MD's)and a home birth (attended by a gentle and loving midwife and doulas).
