Services: Generally, I provide each client with personalized care
before, during and after birth. There are usually two prenatal visits,
continual physical and emotional comfort measures throughout labor and
delivery and immediately after, and a postpartum visit. I am also
available for 24 hour phone support, as well as breastfeeding support.
I am bilingual and am more than happy to attend Spanish speaking women
and their families and offer translation help during their births.
Birth art is always an option as well, including, but not limited to
photography and belly casts. Services in Elkhart, Goshen, and South
Bend/Mishawaka area.
Qualifications: DONA trained doula, attending births since 2000.
Certified Wholebirth Prenatal Yoga® Instructor. Mother of seven, five
of which have been birthed gently at home, grandmother of one. También,

Personal notes: I live in the Elkhart area with my children and manage
a very busy household, as well as work part time at my kids’ school and
act as a board member at Maple City Healthcare Center. I recently began
teaching 4 yoga classes a week at a local wellnes center. I love the
birth process and believe in every woman's ability to bear and birth
children with dignity and strength, and that she has a right to script
her birth experience according to her desires and preferences.
