Services: Our doula package includes an initial interview to see if we would make a good team; 2 prenatal visits to get to know your birth wishes, answer questions, and generally establish a support relationship; access to books, magazines, and video's from our lending library; 24/7 availability for the birth; 2 postnatal visits (more if necessary); a written birth story from the doula's perspective. We specialize in homebirth, or for those women for whom homebirth isn't an option, a home-like birth in the hospital.

Qualifications: I am a certified Childbirth Educator through ALACE and have been teaching prenatal classes for several years. I've been providing doula support since 2001 and recently chose to associate myself with DONA.

Personal notes: I am a mother to five amazing children. I've experienced various kinds of birth personally, and know how much a satisfying experience can impact the mom, the dad, and the family.
