Services:

We offer our clients a minimum of 2 meetings to access needs and train in comfort measures...We offer massage, accupressure, birthing ball and rebozo techniques and more in helping the woman.  We support the birth partner fully, and give continual support to the woman in labor.  We are on call 24-7 for you during the agreed time, and love to hear from you with any questions or concerns.  Your doula will come when you want, from the onset of labor, or later if you choose to have time alone...the choice is yours.  Your doula will stay 1-2 hours or more after birth of baby, and will assist you with breastfeeding as well.  There is a minimum of one postpartum visit at your convenience, to help you in any way we can, and to present you with your personnal birth story.  We are blessed at each birth, and our goal is to help you have the beautiful birth you desire through emotional, educational, physical and spiritual support.

Personal notes:

Kelly:  I am the mom of seven beautiful children, and have had over ten years of personal experience with pregnancy, nursing and birth!  My mother was a doula in the 1970's-90's. I learned so much growing up around birth, and in trusting that our bodies were wonderfully made for this journey!  I have a lovely daughter-in-law, and a beautiful grandson (son of Rachael), Ollie.

Rachael:  Mom and I received our Dona doula training together in 2005, although we have always been involved in our families' births.  I am an RN, working in maternity, and both mom and I are exploring further education to become midwives.  My beautiful son, Ollie, is the joy of my life.  We would love to share ourselves with you.
