Services: I offer 1-2 prenatal visits, personal attention throughout your labor and delivery until about 1 1/2-2 hours postpartum, and a postpartum visit if mom wishes.  I am trained in labor and birth positioning, massage, and relaxation techniques.  I am on call for your birth for 2 weeks before and after your due date and am always just a phone call away for support. 

Qualifications:

I am certified as a doula by DONA and Nurturing Hearts and have just become a certified Childbirth Educator.  I specialize in VBAC, and cesarean birth.
