I offer Prenatal Massage, Postpartum massage, Infant Massage classes, 24 Hour phone support after 38 weeks, Labor Doula support. Through the delivery process, I massage mothers through the entire labor. I also utilze Acupressure, Reflexology, Hot and Cold therapy, Laboring posistions and breathing techniques to make the delivery easeir and with less pain.

Qualifications:

I am a member of ABMP, a Massage Association. I received my Certification through; Apollo College in Boise, The Insitute of Therapeutic Massage and The Institute of Somatic Therapy. I hold City Required Licenses in Boise, Meridian and Eagle.

Personal notes: I am a mother of 3 and LOVE IT! I have been a Massage Therapist for over a year now and have taken additional classes to become a Massage Doula. I have greatly enjoyed helping mothers deliver their new baby into the world. My first time moms have had nothing but cheer and thanks for the support that I have given them. My again moms have wondered why they didn't have a Doula with their other children. I love it! I don't know any other way to say it. I take great pride in knowing that I'm making a difference for each mother that I help.
