Personal notes: I've been a birth advocate since just after the birth of my second child, in 2000.  Now the mother of 5 children, including naturally-born twins, I have a passion for helping women have better births.  My personal birth history includes medicated and unmedicated births, a cesarean and a VBAC, births with and without a doula, hospital birth and homebirth, and obstetric care as well as midwife care.  I can provide personal and professional insights as requested, and can direct you to information and resources to help you make informed choices that will help you have a wonderful birth!
