Services:

I tailor the birth coaching experience to what you need and want. If you want more involvement from me in pregnancy, then I will give it.  Typically I do 2 prenatal visits, am on call for your birth, help during the entire birth and shortly afterwards to help with breastfeeding, and one postpartum visit. I provide a birth story after your birth.  I am always available by phone at any time. Please see my website for more information. Sliding scale fees available if needed.

I can also provide postpartum doula services. I will come to your home and offer you the gift of time. If you want to do something, go somewhere I can do babycare. Or if you just want to talk I can do that as well (remember I'm trained at talking to others, and practically am a therapist).  I also can do household chores.  $35 per hour, but I offer some packages as well. This makes a GREAT baby shower gift.

Qualifications:

Certified Birth Doula through DONA

Masters in Social Work. I currently work as a Healthy Families homevisitor where I work with young pregnant mothers and throughout the babies first year of life.

I am 27 years old. I live in Manchester NH, but I can serve all of southern NH, northern MA, or Concord, NH.  I work for Child and Family Services as a social worker with young pregnant mothers.  I have been certified for 3 years.  I like to sing, be creative, read, knit, and hang out with my cat Sierra.
