-pre-natal visit (one or two) and unlimited phone/email contacts for education, birth plans, and questions
-labor support, from whenever you need me until two hours after birth. involves physical/mental comfort, teaching partner how to comfort, yoga, massage, errands, breastfeeding help, education on immediate options.
--post partum visit and contact, involves one visit plus unlimited phone/email help

Post Partum Doula Services-- Hourly
- involves anything the new family needs to bond and focus on baby. I can cook well, clean, do laundry. educate about breastfeeding/newborn care/reading your newborn.

Qualifications: DONA certification
Two years experience extensive personal research in birth, breastfeeding, and women's studies

Personal notes: I am a future midwifery student spending two years teaching in a high-need NYC public school. I am excited to become involved with birth again this summer. My philosophy focues on helping the mother make her birth memorable and positive. I especially enjoy working with the mother's partner in order to help him or her support the mother and become and active participant.
