Services:

I offer child birth preparation instruction, pregnancy info/ support, at least two prenatal visits with the opportunity to check out books from my library, a visit with you to your midwife or doctor, support the day of labor when you request it, breast feeding support, and at least one postpartum visit to your home or hospital.

I serve the Treasure Valley Area including Boise, Meridian, Kuna, Eagle, and Nampa. 

Qualifications: I have been a doula since 2005, and received my certification through DONA in March of 2008.

Personal notes: My interest in birth support began when I saw how much more I enjoyed my own children's births by educating myself and feeling prepared for their births.  My husband and I have three children and live in Boise.
