Services: My services include a free initial consultation, 2 Prenatal visits with birth planning, practice positions and comfort techniques . On-going telephone and e-mail consultation. 24 hour on call service. Labor and delivery support and a postpartum visit including breastfeeding support.

Qualifications:

Certified Lactation Educator, Birth and Postpartum Doula (currently recieving certification through DONA) , Standard Days Method training, API member, La Leche League Member

Personal notes:

I have been a doula for two years now with many births including home, hopsital, birth center, csection and vbac births. I am a cloth diapering, baby wearing, natural mom. i am member of Frederick County Birthing Circle, Attachment Parenting International, and Frederick Mommies. I am also a certified lactation educator and local EcoMom leader.

I will be starting midwifery school within the next year and apprenticing with local midwives.
