Services:

I provide birth doula care.  This entails meeting 3 times before your birth to discuss your needs and wishes and to get to know you and your partner (and for you to get comfortable with me).  Then I am on call until BIRTH day.  I will come when you call me, either to help you labor at home and to meet you at the hospital.  As with all care, you have many choices and the decision is yours.  Then I stay through your labor (no matter how long) and assist with breastfeeding.  I will stay as long as you need and want me to.  I follow-up with a visit the next day, and another visit in about a week.  I am available 24/7 for phone help from the day you hire me.

I also teach birth ed. classes.  8 and 4 week series, Sunday afternoons.  Call early in pregnancy to choose the most convenient series for you. 

I charge $500 for doula services, $200 for 8 week birth education classes, and $600 for both.

Please inquire about extended payments, barter and discounts.  I don't turn anyone away for inability to pay. 

Qualifications: I'm Bradley Method trained and have attended over 20 births, all natural, VBAC, epidurals, twins, c-sections, inductions, home births, Livingston hospital and Bozeman Deaconess.  Experience is much more important that letters after a doula's name.  Ask potential doulas what their actual experiences have been.  I am an experienced birth educator as well.  Please check my web site for testimonials and lots of photos of my clients and babies.
