 I use breathing techniques, essential oils, massage and counterpressure for back labor. Warm and cold compresses and other comfort measures. I will meet with you before your birth to discuss what kind of birth you want, labor with you at home until time to go to the birth place you have chosen, and then labor with you there to the birth of your baby. Personal notes:

I am a Certified Doula, and have been attending births for many years. I have given birth naturally to seven children, two of them breech births. My youngest child is eleven and we are joyfully awaiting the birth of our sixth grandchild. Two of our daughters work with women in childbirth as well, and I love our shared passion for this work.
