Preparation for labor, Labor and Delivery where you choose, Recovery, Help with Nursing. I use breathing techniques, essential oils, position changes, counterpressure and massage, warm and cold compresses, and lots of encouragement. Recovery and Postpartum care, and help with nursing.
Qualifications:
Certified Doula Certified Labor Assistant
Experienced in Bradley Method
Experience with essential oils
Experience with vbac and breech births
Personal notes: I am a Certified Doula and have been attending births for many years. I have personally given birth naturally seven times, twice breech births. We live in Idaho and the whole family loves the birth process. Two of our daughters, and a son in law are part of the birthing community as well, with one being a doula and the other two midwife/medic.
