Services: I am a birth doula. My services include as much as you need-- my goal is to make your birth comfortable and safe as well as sacred and special. I attend doctor's appointments, make house calls, do birth plan counseling, birth art, belly casting, massage therapy during labor, give nutrition and herbology education, belive in whole family support during the birthing experience, provide support at home or at the hospital or both, advocate and educate during the entire experience. I also do a few home visits after birth as well as follow up for a year just to check in and make sure everything going okay. I have lists of references for all types of mothering/birthing needs! I also take photographs during labor and delivery for your memory books!

Qualifications: I am Doula's of North America certified, a licensed paramedic, board certified massage therapist, I have an Associated degree in Paramedicine, diploma in Oriental Medicine and Bodywork, Bachelor's degree in Natural Health & Holistic Healing, Doctorate in Traditional Naturopathy. I bring all these together to give the women I work with the most education possible in order for them to have the birth they deserve!

Personal notes: I have been involved in the medical profession and healing for 10 years. Being a Doula is the most rewarding career I have ever had! For me, being a Doula means "mothering the mother" and helping to create the perfect birth for you! My Doula-Mama's are my number one priority and take precedence over everything else in my life for their births!. My day job is as a natural health consultant/bodywork therapist and I am a photographer on weekends, but being a Doula is my favorite and number one priority. I take my job seriously but I also love to have fun and connect with the wonderful families I get the honor of knowing!
